Series 3: Statutes and regulations, 1924 - 1999
Scope and Contents
This series documents the rules that CISS has operated by. This includes the statutes and by-laws of CISS’s controlling bodies, as well as technical regulations that governed CISS-authorized sporting events. The latter includes both general regulations and regulations written for specific World Games. The series also contains some regulations from deaf-related sports agencies and events that did not necessarily fall under CISS’s umbrella. For statutes from CISS’s member groups, see series 4.
