Similar to series 5, this series consists of forms sent to CISS’s central office from its member associations outlining the structure of their organization. Information provided includes the contact address of the associations and the names of its officers (although not their hearing status). Most entries also include the names and addresses of clubs affiliated with the organization, and some also give information on the number of members and the sports played in their country, although not in as much detail as the later form from series 5. While many entries use a questionnaire form created by CISS, others provide the information in their own format. Interfiled with the responses are contact lists made by CISS’s central office, listing member countries and contacts in each. Note that there is an eight-year gap between the end of series 6 and the beginning of series 5. Arranged chronologically.
