Biographical / Historical

Founded in 1927 as a local chapter of Gallaudet College Alumni Association (GCAA), this chapter is located in the San Francisco and Oakland area. Most of the members came from the California School for the Deaf, Berkeley (CSDB). This organization was active for a long time, changing to the liaison status in recent years as the president moved out of the area and nobody took over as of 1997.
