Scope and Contents This series represents the records of CISS’s member congresses, which have been held biannually since 1924. After 1939, meetings were cancelled due to World War II, but congresses resumed in 1946. The bulk of the records consists of the agendas and minutes of the congresses, as well as chairman’s and treasurer’s annual reports.
