Correspondence created by ICSD’s technical directors, who are responsible for creating and enforcing the technical regulations for each ICSD-sanctioned sport. Arranged by sport. Scope and Contents Includes correspondence, publications, and other material from international sports governing bodies, particularly the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The IOC material includes a copy of the 1955 letter in which the IOC sanctioned CISS as the governing body for world deaf sport, as well as later correspondence on the use of the Deaflympics name.
