Of interest is a set of background information on the Nevil Communication Enhancement Program, which Madsen used to teach faculty at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf at Mt. Airy. This series also includes some blank evaluation and scoring forms for Gallaudet’s Sign Communication Proficiency Interview, which Madsen helped to develop and implement.
