First held in 1997, the Youth Empowerment Summit is an annual event for DCABDA where teenage deaf people are taken on a one-week summer retreat for workshops, education, leadership training, and mentoring. Includes brochures, correspondence, financial reports, and other materials, although material on individual YES events is fragmentary.
