This series contains the meeting minutes of three significant operational aspects of the PSAD, arranged chronologically rather than by each group. The three operational aspects are the annual convention meeting minutes, the Board of Managers meeting minutes, and the Executive Committee meeting minutes. The annual convention occured as a way for all voting members to elect new officers to serve on the Board of Managers and pass resolutions. The Board of Managers is the entire elected governing body of the PSAD with officers and other Board members. The Executive Committee is made up of selected members of the Board of Managers.
