From the Series:

Samuel D. Shultz was a dedicated member of the PSAD and the York chapter. He served as an officer in many positions for both the state wide PSAD and the regional York chapter as well as the York Association of the Deaf. This series contains additional materials that Shultz donated and reflect part of his service to PSAD and the York Association of the Deaf. Additionally, he donated a set of VHS tapes from assorted PSAD conventions in the 1980s and early 1990s.
