This unit contains materials regarding the education and employment of the deaf. Of key importance are documents pertaining to the Education for All Handicapped Children Act (PL 94-142) and new legislation in the methods of teaching the deaf. There are also important materials about vocational rehabilitation mostly during the 1970s.
