Scope and Contents The Gallaudet Family collection consists of 18 boxes of documents and nine oversized boxes filled with memorabilia and personal items belonging to the Gallaudet Family. Amongst the contents, there are correspondence, manuscripts, clippings, marriage records, and articles penned by family members, diaries, poems, and wills. Scope and Contents

The collection consists of calendars, tickets, program books, newsletters, receipts, correspondence, financial records, and other papers pertaining to the Gallaudet University Alumni Reunions’ planning and implementation in 1964, 1967, and 1970. The bulk is dated in 1964 for the Centennial Reunion, of which Francis C. Higgins was chairman.
